Labor Day Weekend

Although the weather wasn't the greatest the first two days of the weekend, it was still a very full and fun weekend: bowling, playing pickle ball, harvesting fruit and veggies from Granny's garden, cooking, reading, celebrating Therin's birthday, watching Tom and Jerry videos and Badger football, roasting smores, pontooning, waterskiing, playing Rock Band on the Wii, playing farkle and other card games. Did I get it all? Oh yes, and napping, there was some napping. We had a great time! Can't wait until December 3rd when the WHOLE family reconvenes at the cottage!

So much fun shared together. J&J, thanks for coming "up north" for the long weekend. Sarah, as always, we appreciate you driving with the kids to join us. It is a hoot that Julie and Sarah have already figured out the sleeping arrangements for December!

Looks like you had a blast with the kids and your family!! Did you also get to finish reading your book? I'm looking forward to talking about it.
