I'll add a picture of the main area later. Travis' tools and the kids art supplies are strewn all over. We have been very busy since we arrived but have accomplished A LOT!!! We have been to Home Depot and Goodwill twice. I knew this place was going to be small but was instantly wishing I had packed less! This year will be a good lesson in utilizing space and MINIMALISM!!!! Travis is making racks for our shoes near the entrance now. Our neighbors are all very friendly and made us feel welcome. Lots of pets here but no children close in age to Therin and Kya. The back of the condo is all wilderness (a jungle literally), hiking trails 2 blocks from our apartment. The kids saw some slugs as long as their hands yesterday went they went bushwacking back there with Travis. They are hoping to make a fort. We made it to the Visitors Center and the main library today. Picked up plenty of information I'll have to read through. We live in an interesting location. It is SO convenient for Travis to get to work but not very convenient for much else (at least until I figure out the public transportation). Travis has off for the 4th. Heard there is a Blues Festival down by the river with Toots and the Maytals and the Steve Miller Band, etc. Will post more later.....Miss you all! Send mail!
